Rule 90
Prohibition on publication of news related to government work
: Any document or news written or collected directly or indirectly by any armed police officer who comes to the knowledge of any confidential or prohibited matter by law while performing his official duties without being specifically authorized by the Government of Nepal. It should not be given or disclosed to unauthorized armed police personnel or persons or the press. This ban will also apply to those who have separated from the armed police service for any reason.
